1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nature 8 platform, accessible at nature8.my. They apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered members, and anyone who accesses or uses the services provided by Nature 8.

By accessing this website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or wager on nature 8, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other relevant policies published on this website. If you are registering on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use nature 8's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in your country or state of residence, whichever is higher.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Single Account: You do not have any other active or suspended Nature 8 accounts.
• Not a nature 8 Employee: You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a Nature 8 employee or any of its affiliated companies.

Nature 8 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may request identity verification documents. Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Registration

Registering a nature 8 account is simple and straightforward. However, there are several important rules you must follow during and after registration:

• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete information during registration. False or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
• One Account Only: Each person is only allowed one account. Registering a second or multiple accounts is a serious violation.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• Email Verification: You must verify your registered email address within 48 hours of completing registration.
• Identity Verification (KYC): nature 8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (MyKad, passport) at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Nature 8 supports a range of popular and trusted deposit methods in Malaysia. All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• All deposits must come from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Nature 8 does not accept cash deposits, cheques, or third-party money transfers.
• Deposits received from unknown or suspicious sources will be returned and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Nature 8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5Withdrawal

Nature 8 processes withdrawals quickly and securely. Please read the following terms and procedures before making a withdrawal:

• Minimum Withdrawal Limit: RM 50 per transaction.
• Daily Maximum Withdrawal Limit: RM 30,000 for standard accounts; higher limits are available for VIP members.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours, depending on the method selected and the time the request is submitted.
• Identity Verification: Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed.
• Own Account: All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. No exceptions.
• Wagering Requirement Fulfilment: Any balance derived from bonuses must fully meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal is permitted.

6Bonus & Promotions

• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is allowed at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Abuse Policy: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts or engaging in systematic hedging bets, is strictly prohibited.
• Betting Limits During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per round or per hand is RM 50 unless otherwise stated.

7Game Rules

All games on nature 8 – including slots, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and virtual sports – are subject to their respective game rules, available on the relevant game pages.

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed once a round/hand has concluded.
• Any technical issues that occur during gameplay will be resolved based on Nature 8's official server records.
• Nature 8 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure the fairness of all games.
• For live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final once the round has closed.
• Sports Betting: Nature 8 reserves the right to void or suspend bets in exceptional circumstances, such as a postponed match, adverse weather conditions, or an unofficial result.

8Member Conduct

Nature 8 expects all members to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly on our platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive, obscene, or threatening language in chat or when communicating with the support team.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or otherwise compromise the security of the platform.
• Submitting false claims or unfounded fraud reports.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party.
• Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Nature 8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
• Finding that information provided during registration is false or misleading.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

If your account is closed due to a breach of our Terms, Nature 8 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances, bonuses, and winnings in that account. Accounts closed at your own request (self-exclusion) will be handled in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy.

10Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, nature 8 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through use of the platform, including betting losses.
• Service disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
